The rates include taxes and service charges for bed-linen, towels, weekly cleaning, central heating, electricity, gas, water etc.

The 1-time final cleaning fee per each apartment is 35 EUR independently from the duration of stay.

The following prices are valid for 1-2 persons per apartment. The rate for additional persons is separate separate and is from  20 - 25 EUR per person per night depending on duration of stay.

For families with children discounted rates are applicable at 15 - 20 EUR per person per night, depending on the age of the children.

Children under 4 years (as evidenced by the date of birth in the passport) have free stay! For Baybies cot and chair is offered.. Baby cot and high chair will be offred on request.

Note:: Please also consider that the minimum duration of stay is 3 nights at CAV. Over Christmas and New Year is 6 nights!

If you do not have an internationally valid credit card or you do not wish to use your card, reservations can only be hold by pre-payment: by wire transfers, or postal transfers. The entire booking amount is due upon arrival.

Special Offers
There are currently no special offers available.

Cancellation policies:

• The cancellation conditions are valid per each booked apartment(s).
• Reservations can be cancelled until 30 nights prior arrival for free of charge
• In case of cancellation by 30 nights before the date of arrival a cancellation fee of: EUR 300 will be charged.
• In case of cancellation by 15 nights prior the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 80% of the total agreed price (maximum: EUR 1000,-) will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 3 days prior arrival or no show 100% of the total agreed price will be charged.
• In case of premature departure 100% of the total agreed price for the remaining period will be charged.

Special cancellation Conditions
These apply to special holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, Whitsuntide and to special occasion such as conventions etc. These conditions will be separately announced with your reservation confirmation or will be offered on request.

Fee for damages
In case of damages to the apartments, which do not develop in the context of the normal use, the guest agrees to be responsible even if the damage is determined after departure.
