Our business and vacation apartments are classified by Vienna Tourist Board in the 4-star category.

They are family friendly, comfortably equipped, modern designed & almost equally but differently furnished. The rentals offer our guests the best conditions for a convenient short or a long-term stay. The studio flats are 38m² consisting of a combined living / bedroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and shower. The 1-bedroom apartments offer 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with 1 double bed and ad large combined living / bedroom which offer a high quality pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons. Some larger flats offer additionally one single Murphy bed. The studio apartment can accommodate 1-3 persons and the 1-bedroom apartments are suitable to accommodate 1-5 persons.

All flats are accessible by elevator.

This apartment with 2 rooms is 65 m2 (approx. 700 sq feet) consisting of hallway, a living room, a bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet and a storage room. The apartment is located at the 2nd floor and is air conditioned. It can accommodate 1-5 persons.

These 3 apartments offer also 2 separate rooms and have the same floor plan. They are as large as the above apartment no 5 with approx. 65 m2 at the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floor. All of them are air conditioned and offers balconies.

This apartment with 2 rooms is 53 m2 (approx. 585 sq feet) consisting of hallway, a living room, a bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet. The apartment is located at the 4th floor and is air conditioned. It can accommodate 1-4 persons.
